Little Caesars Bacon Pizza


  1. 1 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
  2. All-purpose flour, for dusting
  3. 4 slices bacon, chopped
  4. 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  6. 1 clove garlic, grated
  7. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  9. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
  10. 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  11. 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese


Place a pizza stone or upturned baking sheet on the lowest oven stand and preheat to 475 degrees F for at least 15 minutes. In the meantime, roll out the dough into a 9-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Lightly powder a pizza peel or another upturned baking sheet with flour; lay the round of dough on top and set aside. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, moving, until crunchy, about 6 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Mix the tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic and oregano in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Slide the dough directly onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake until lightly golden and swollen, about 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then watchfully slice the crust in half horizontally with a saw-like knife to make 2 thin crusts. Turn the crusts cut-side up. Spread with the sauce mixture, and then top evenly with the mozzarella, cheddar and bacon. And then slide the pizzas back onto baking sheet; cook in the oven till when the cheese melts and the outer layer is golden, about Little Caesars Pizza 8 more minutes. Wrap with the parmesan.

Macaroni and Cheese Pizza


  1. 1/2 pound dried rotini pasta
  2. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 store-bought pizza dough, rolled out and spread on a well-oiled baking sheet
  5. 1 white onion, finely chopped
  6. Olive oil cooking spray
  7. 6 slices thick-cut good quality bacon
  8. Pinch ground nutmeg
  9. 2 cups whole milk
  10. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  11. 1/2 cup Parmesan
  12. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  13. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  14. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  15. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  16. 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
  17. 1 cup grated mozzarella


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Take a big pot of water to a boil and cook the rotini al dente. Drain and spray with olive oil cooking spray, making sure the noodles are coated well. Set to the side.

In a big sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon when they crunchy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings and add the butter. Add the onions, garlic and nutmeg. Period the vegetables with salt and pepper and sauté when they the onions wither and become transparent, about 4 minutes. Decrease the heat to medium-low and shake over in the flour, stirring to coat the onions and garlic. Carry on to cook until you have a pale roux, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the milk until you have a thick enough sauce that it coats the back of a spoon. Crumble the bacon and add half to the sauce. Mix in the Cheddar and mozzarella. Turn the heat to low. Put the pasta to the cheese sauce and mix to coat. Cover and remain hot.

In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chives and olive oil. Add the rest of the crumbled bacon and add it to the bowl, stirring well to mix.

Cover the pizza dough with the olive oil spray and put into the oven for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and set down. Spread the macaroni and cheese on the pizza, being careful to leave a 1-inch border. Sprinkle with the breadcrumb combination on the macaroni and cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes to set the macaroni and cheese.

Pizza Sauce:

  1. 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes (recommended: fire roasted Muir Glen)
  2. 1/4 teaspoon red Chile flakes
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  9. 1 tablespoon julienned fresh basil leaves, plus sprig for garnish
  10. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

Bottom Layer:

  1. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  2. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  3. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  4. 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
  5. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
  7. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Pizza Toppings:

  1. 1/2 cup diced (1/4-inch) red bell pepper
  2. 1/2 cup quartered and thinly sliced crimini mushrooms
  3. 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
  4. 1 cup small-dice buffalo mozzarella cheese
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  6. 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  7. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  8. Serving suggestions: Toasted pizza dough strips, toasted pita strips, or crackers.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

For the pizza sauce: Add the olive oil to a 12-inch sauté pan over medium heat and, when hot, put in the onion. Sauté until transparent. Include the garlic and red Chile flakes, cook for 1 minute, and then include the canned tomatoes. Decrease the heat to a boil and cook for 25 minutes, stirring infrequently. When the mixture has thickened, stir in the fresh and dried spices. Boil for an extra 15 minutes and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Remove from the heat.

For the bottom layer: In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic and spices. Extend the mixture evenly into an oven-safe casserole (2-quart capacity or a 9-inch pie pan). Set to the side.

For the toppings: In a small sauté pan over medium heat, add a sprinkle of olive oil and the pepperoni. Sauté until the pepperoni is just crunchy, 4 to 5 minutes, and then drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Put the left behind olive oil and the red bell peppers and saute over medium-high heat until just starting to soften. Put some the shallot, cook for 2 minutes, and then add also mushrooms.
