Bugs In The App
The app has some issues, too. Now I must tell you I encountered nothing. But some user feedback says something else.
The first thing they say is that it is absolutely okay for the basics. However, the UX is not as smooth as that of Phonak or Oticon. If app-based customization matters a lot to you, I’d say it’s worth checking before purchase.
Who Is HearZap Smart Hearin Actually For?
After going through all of this, here’s my honest suggestion. HearZap works best for:

- Likewise, anyone who’s nervous about committing can try it. In simple words, the free trial takes the risk out of the decision
